Question GPU doesnt output display but fan spins

Hello i got I3 6098p, zotac
GTX 1050 ti mini with no power ports
and thermaltake TR2-s 500W psu.
8gb dd4 corsair ram
Some months ago my gpu stopped giving display outputs so i took it to the service centre and it was out of warranty already so i requested them to fix it externally and they did and told me to not use the DVI port which i never used in the first place.
Since last month the problem came back and sometimes when i boot my pc my gpu loads but sometimes doesnt.
everytime i boot up my pc i can see my gpu fan spin but my card sometimes doesnt get detected at bios,
I tried the gpu with other motherboard same psu, cpu and ram and still it didnt boot, so i think the problem is with the gpu?
is there any way to fix this? i cant afford a new one rn and its warranty expired so i cant send it for replacement either.
Since 3 days now my gpu stopped loading fully, the fans keep spinning but my pc doesnt detect it at all.

Why don't you just use the integrated graphics then if you can't afford a new card.

Hey OP, what country are you in? Some have some neat laws that require the manufacturer to get it going. a 1050ti sold at launch should be within a reasonable lifetime still now.

Why don't you just use the integrated graphics then if you can't afford a new card.

i am using onboard graphics atm but i got this just in 2017 and now it went bad
