GPU doesn't work

So, i have a ASUS GTX 1050 2GB, and after installing a software (GPUTWEAK) my pc restart and doens't show image from the card, the only way is to connect to motherboard's VGA , any solution, my motherboard is a ASUS h110m-k

Uninstall the GPUTweak2, then shut down the pc, put back the gtx1050, and you should be able to boot.

I already do that, i try to reset the BIOS, and after that, he works from graphic card until the os boot, after that, i'm not receiving image from that.

yes but now i fix that installing the windows 7, but now i have another problem, i have a vga monitor, and i buy a adapter from hdmi to vga, but sometimes, doens't work, the monitor doens't receive image

Because the hdmi can transmit digital signals only, and the vga will transmit analog only so that they will not work together. And the gtx1050 does not have any analog output. You either buy the new monitor or buy a more expensive active adapter (or converter) like DVI-D to VGA, because your gtx1050 has one DVI-D port too.
