Question GPU driver changed from standart to DCH

Before reinstalling system ( Win10 ) I had standart driver on RTX 2070 but After I reinstalled windows 10 , my RTX 2070 driver changed from standart to DCH . I wonder why that happened and mostly thats okay ?

My understanding is dch is for Intel processor graphics.

Just go to the NVidia website and download the latest drivers.

Well thing is my Nvidia drivers are up to date , updated via Geforce experience . but I can't get why my GPU is now using DCH driver type instead of standart like it was on old windows 10 before reinstall . Info on internet saying if u have standart driver type u cant go DCH and vice vera , but after reinstall it did .
