Gpu driver error and games only 2 fps

Hi!I wanted to do an update to gpu drivers and it failed.I uninstalled them and tried but it didn't worked.I did now my drivers with driver easy and it worked...but i noticed that i have in games like PUBG 120 fps (by steam), but i see only 2 fps and it works like hell!I don't know what i should do!Please help me!I also reinstalled my windows...still nothing
My rig:fx 8350
8gb ram
R9 380 4gb version
Windows 10

Pro tip: do NOT use programs that auto install your drivers, they are most likely malware and I'm pretty sure driver easy isn't far from that. Delete your driver using this program:

After you've deleted your driver, download the newest one for your graphics card, then see if the problem persists.
