Question Gpu driver keeps crashing (RTX 3060 Ti)

My system specs are R5 3600 Asus tuf b550 plus ASUS DUAL nvidia RTX 3060 Ti

The problem im facing is that very frequently when i turn on my PC, i get a complete boot cycle however during the OS loading part, the system just gets stuck. I have a backlit keyboard and that kind of starts flashing or blinking (not sure if this info is relavant but sharing regardless).

A few work-arounds that i have tried and have helped me so far is turning the system ON on SAFE Mode which works fine. Using DDU to remove the drivers and then restart. This makes my system turn on completely fine. Then i download the drivers again. DURING THE DRIVER INSTALLATION WINDOWS CRASHES AGAIN AND GOES COMPLETELY BLASKSCREEN. The driver im using is 556.12 i think. This i have found to be the most stable for my gpu in terms of general performance.

The biggest issue and my main frustration is that other than this issue, my GPU has no other problem. No overheating, no crashes, no glitches, no strange behaviour whatsoever. Please advise. Thank you 🙏

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

The driver im using is 556.12 i think.
The latest off of Nvidia's support site is 572.70, mind you.

CPU AMD r5 3600 with Cooler master Hyper 212 Turbo
Motherboard Asus TUF B550-Plus
Ram 16GB (8x2) Corsair Vengence 2333 MHZ (DOCP profile set to 3000MHZ)
SSD/HDD 1x 1TB Kingston NVME (general drive for gaming and media), 1x 256 Team Group For OS, 1x 1TB Western Digital HDD.
GPU ASUS Dual RTX 3060 Ti
PSU Deep cool PL650D (bought a completely new one less than a month ago. I have international warranty).
Chassis NZXT H5 Flow
OS Windows 10 Pro
Monitor have 2. is an old BenQ panel and another is a view sonic 1080p panel.
BIOS Version 2604.

And the reason for using an old GPU driver is that my initial idea was that my GPU was crashing due to the GPU driver. That is why i went with an old stable one. the 556.12 had some really great reviews.
