Question GPU Driver problems ?

Hello guys ,
Four months ago I bought an AMD RX 6700 , 10 gig variant . Everything good so far, then yesterday my pc crashed. It gave me a black screen , but yt music was still playing in the background .
I restarted the PC to discover that my GPU drivers were deleted from the pc .
To this minute I still don't know what happened . PC runs fine without drivers . As I install drivers and open a game, it crashes .

Any thoughts ?

PC config :
Ryzen 5600
XFX RX 6700
650W EVGA psu 80+ bronze
2 x M.2 SSDs and 1 x SATA HDD
32GB hyperx 3200mhz RAM

check the windows event log for errors for the time it was crashing

check m.2 drives with the manufacturer´s tool

BIOS is up to date?

how old is your PSU and which exact model is it?

in which position is the DUAL BIOS switch at the GPU? try the other position for testing

The card was new with warranty until 2027

Everything is up to date , I even installed a fresh copy of windows 10 , still the same problem . I took the card back to the dealer who sold me it . They took it back under warranty , so I have to wait a couple of days until they replace the card or they will give me a refund.


Oh, and the PSU is a an EVGA BQ650 , 80+ Bronze and it's like 3-4 yrs old


The card has no dual bios switch , its the SWFT 309 model , not the QICK model ( sorry for that )
