GPU drivers not able to update because of windows not being up to date

So I updated to windows 10 and I get the error WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. So I downgrade back down to windows 7, and then my graphics card drives or not able to install because windows is out of date. and now I can't go back to windows 10.
