When i play Fallout 4

All settings ultra. 1080p 75Mh

I have some drop frame

And the GPU work 96%

Is it normal because it ultra settings?

My Gpu 1070 ti
Cpu i5 7600k OC. 4700
Ram 8

Even though it would be great to never drop frames with hardware that good sadly many games do, especially Fallout 4 in my experience. If it's just small hitching every now and then it's probably normal, but if it's severe or really common it might not be. How bad is it?

Every minute drop 10 or 15 frame

When the Gpu is high used
