Gpu drops in performance

OK so i recently installed a NZXT G12 liquid cooling bracket to my RX 580s. After the first day of running it things were fine,but a few days later the GPU would either crash with no displays to the monitors,crash and restart the PC,or cause horrible screen tears but doesn't crash the system.The only thing i have noticed was the CPU dips when the FPS drops while the GPU stays pegged at 100%.

Update: Temps on GPUs go to 60 on the dot under load CPU hits high 40's lower 50's under load

Intel Core i7 6700k @ 4.5GHz
24 GB of ballistics RAM
2X AORUS Radeon RX 580(NZXT G12 bracket with H55 AIO)
EVGA 1000W 80+ Gold
Gigabyte Z170xp-sli

Ok so this turned out to be something i fixed on my own.It ended up being the second pump for the lower GPU became unplugged and it was overheating after 10 minutes.The original software i had wasn't detecting that GPU's temperature at all.

P.S,if anyone follows up from any original threads i had i was lacking info from them....i was dumb 🙁
