Gpu error 43

Tring to install my new PNY Geforce gtx 1070 and i have problems.
I have replaced my old geforce gtx
570 with the 1070 got a 700w psu and asus b150m-k MB...
I have tried to unistall the old driver and install the new one but after i restart my pc it says the driver is not installed.
I have tried to update bios and do biod restart.
So far did everything i found on google please help solve this

i have tried to update bios, unistall the old diver and install... do bios restart, nothing help me.
my psu is:
cooler master 700 mpx-7001acabw

The power supply should be enough for the card, you have all power connectors in the card correct? When you run the driver setup does it actually go through OK and fails when it reboots? You can try running DDU to wipe the drivers a bit better see if that helps. Should also contact the card vendor to troubleshoot with them, maybe card is bad.
