Hey,

What is the difference between GPU Execution Units and Shading Units?

I was looking into the differences between Intel i5 10500T Vs. AMD Ryzen 5 3400GE integrated graphics solutions:

• GPU Execution Units: 24 (Intel) Vs. 11 (AMD)
• GPU Shading Units: 192 (Intel) Vs. 704 (AMD)

Does having more GPU execution units mean 2D playback like 4k rendering will be faster and having more shading units means gaming will be better?

But why is AMD better at gaming performance compared to Intel when it comes to integrated graphics solutions?

Does it have anything to do with the number of Execution Units Vs. Shading Units (hardware), or is it something related to drivers?
