GPU fan at constant 4100~rpm

I noticed my fan started spinning really fast for no reason. So i open the ASUS gpu tweak to see whats happening and it shows this. picture gpu temperature was at 35'C I was doing nothing.

click fan speed > auto to reset the fan curve. if not try using MSI afterburner to set another fan curve
