For the last couple of months I've been struggling with my RTX 3070 quite a bit. I noticed that while under load the fans would spin quite a bit faster and a make lot of noise, however I didn't think too much of it. However I launched HWMonitor to see what's going on and to my suprise, HWMontior only listed 2 of the fans, 1 fan was completely missing. So I took a look at the card and the fans under load, and 1 fan wasn't spinning at all.
Now the card constantly runs at such high temps that I really don't want to put it under any significant load at all, was wondering whether a fan replacement could fix this issue or if it could be something not related to the card?
