This problem i noticed today, probably started today also since i have an open case and everything is visible.
There seems to be something wrong with my left most fan of my gpu. I have a curve that spins up my fans around 50 degrees celcius.
But today i noticed my left fan keeps spinning (in idle) so under 50 degrees.
Whenever i max out my fans for a couple minutes (manuel override) and i turn my custom fan curve back on, the issue is resolved, but only for a while (like 5 - 10) minutes.
After a while my left fan just starts spinning again (It's not at a continuous speed but rather a pulsing manner)
To me this sounds like a gpu fan controller issue?
