GPU fan making noise

Hello!

I purchased a used gpu recently and while everything else works fine, the fan makes slight rattling sound. Is this something problematic? Also, what can be causing this?

Okay so I found out that the wire inside the gpu was touching the fan. I pushed the cable away from the path of the fan and that fixed the issue.
