GPU fan making sound

i have a gtx 960 , and ive had it for about 2 weeks. It works great , except 1 of the 2 fans is making a quiet clicking noise, I only hear once the fans go on (60-65c). Its not extrememly loud but im still able to hear it. And i know its from that fan because i took out my gpu and spun the fans , and it clicked as it spun, there are no wires in the way and ive tried to screw the fan in tighter but its at its max. The gpu doesnt overheat or anything its just really annoying

RMA it then. If nothing's touching the fans, it should be quiet.

Sorry to hijack the thread Jose, but I also have a similar problem with an ASUS R9 270 DCII OC edition except that one of the two fan make a (screeching noise) when I am playing a game or something. Should I RMA my card as well?
