GPU fan not working

I have a Asus GTX 760. The GPU fans have stopped working. I tested the fans with a battery to see if they still work and they spin right up when given the power. For whatever reason the header is either not getting power or not telling the fans to idle or even move. I have tried using Asus' GPU tweak which gives me control over the fan speed and still no response. I have the latest drivers. Any ideas are welcome.

Bad header is what it sounds like. I would call ASUS

Just a warning you may have to argue with them their service isn't exactly stellar

Also check the NVIDIA control panel to see if you can adjust the fan speeds.
