GPU fan problems

I just installed a new r9 390 card into my gaming build. Everything is perfectly fine and running smoothly except there is a slightly annoying problem with my gpu fan speed resetting itself from auto speed to 70% fan speed after restarting my pc or upon starting it up from being completely shut down. I'm sure its an easy fix and it's probably something very obvious but I just cant figure it out myself on how to fix this. I'd appreciate some help.

Also have already set a fan curve using msi AB but it doesnt help. I still have to manually change fan speed back to auto upon startup

You are kinda asking a mechanic to fix your car saying the fans are functioning weird and expecting him to fix it. You would tell your mechanic your Make/Model/Version/etc right?

Well, we need the same; CPU, MB, PSU, RAM, GPU, and Driver Versions

Try setting yourself a fixed % see if it stays like that

I went ahead and added the information. But ya, even msi AB did nothing to help

I'd try to run a Benchmark such a Valley or Firestrike. Monitor your system and fans, see if anything is irregular.

My results showed absolutely no problems. I believe i found a way to force it to automatic fan speed though using speedfan. I dont know why msi AB won't work but this seems to be a temporary fix.
