I installed an old sound card to my pc and basically its really close like right under my gtx 970 fans and like i was plugging in the audio cords to my sound and the card pushed up words while the pc was on and it touched on of the fans real ugly and made a rattling clicking noise, this happened 3 times cause i plugged in 2 other cords in the card and then the fan stop, and the other fan starting spinning really loud so i shut down the pc and turned it back on and both fans were spinning normal, did i do any damaged to my card or fan after this happened?

You likely didnt damage anything on the card, as it is a lower TDP so it is unlikely the temps were an issue.
The fan that was jammed could be an issue, however as its still spinning, it should work fine.
Just keep an eye on it an make sure it keeps spinning.

yea its still spinning normal it just bothered me that it jammed on the card 3 times after plugging the 3 jacks on so it went upwards, the clicking sound bothered me then the fact that it stopped spinning but is normal after i restarted

ahhh i see interesting...

damn i hope im ok🙁 i love my gpu...

its bothering so much right now to where i just wanna sell my card lol i feel like its damaged when its clearly not i hope
