[SOLVED] GPU Fan RPM not consistent.

I've been noticing that my fps has dropped whenever my fan speed goes under 1500, so I set up a custom fan curve. When my PC reaches 90 degrees Celsius while gaming (which it usually does) the RPM would be 2000. But over time the RPM would lower even though the temperature and the fan speed percentage is the same as before. Is there anyway I can keep my fan RPM at always 1500 or higher?

What graphics card do you use? If I had to guess I'd say the fan is failing, or something else is overriding your fan speed.

You can get adapters to connect them to the PSU and they will run only at their max speed.
