Question Gpu fan speed unable to be changed

I recently found out that having over 50c in gpu is bad, so I was trying to increase fan speed with msi afterburner but when I installed the program, i couldn't find the fan option and my fan speed settings were locked. Is there anything i can do to unlock or any other program that allows for the gpu fan speed to be changed?

Who in the right f""k would say that having over 50 degrees on a gpu is bad? Gpus usually operate into 70s. Your temperatures are more than fine.
