Question GPU Fan speeds at 1450 RPM While IDLE - RTX 4090

Hello I got a new monitor, the Alienware aw3225qf and it's making my 4090 fans constantly spin at 1450rpm while idle. Is this because of the 240hz refresh rate? I do have two 4k monitors hooked up to it. With my previous setup I had one 4k monitor and one 1080p monitor hooked up to the GPU and the gpu fans would be off while idling. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! Also, I did check NVIDIA control panel to make sure my power settings were set to normal. Thank you in advance!
