Question RTX 4090 fan speeds are at 1450 RPM while idle ?

Hello I got a new Dell Alienware AW3225QF monitor and it's making my RTX 4090 fans constantly spin at 1450rpm while idle. Is this because of the 240hz refresh rate? I do have two 4k monitors hooked up to it. With my previous setup I had one 4k monitor and one 1080p monitor hooked up to the GPU and the gpu fans would be off while idling. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! Also, I did check NVIDIA control panel to make sure my power settings were set to normal. Thank you in advance!

The fans of the nvidia series 40 usually stop completely when idle. Your problem cannot be answered until you send a screenshot from something like GPU-Z, HWINfo or MSI Afterburner where the frequency, load, temperature, etc. would be shown.

Here is a screenshot of my NZXT CAM, you can see the fan is at 1450 rpm

Your memory clock remains high even when idle and this can really be caused by the different frequency of the connected monitors. In theory, your problem can be solved using the 3rd party utility "nvidia inspector".
