My MSI R9 270X HAWK has 2 fans on it 1 of the fans spins slightly faster than the other by a split second I noticed it when I turn off my pc they dont stop at the same time but its hard to tell should I worry? Its like barely a split second apart they almost spin the same speed. Will this cause problems in the long run?

Depends on the gpu bios and card. 1 fan sits above the vrm/memory the other on top of the gpu. More than a few gpus do not have identical fans, Asus is notable for this, as the gpu side fan needs more allocated cfm/sp than the vrm/memory side of the card, so the fans will naturally spin at different speeds. Some cards use 2 headers, 1 for each fan, some cards use a single fan header with paired fans. Either way, as long as both fans are working to ability, and one fan is not slowed by age or wear or bearing failure of some sort, its not an issue to worry about.
