Question Gpu fan stop spinning after computer is turned on

his r7 240 ddr3 2gb,
i used ati winflash to flash its bios with the backup bios
i didnt modify anything, it's 100% same bios
but after i restarted my computer
the gpu fan stop spinning
is it dead?
how do i fix it?

I prefer you used ATI Flash on an AMD GPU but regarding on your fans not spinning. Is it an ASUS brand? If so try Dow loading their GPUTweakII Software. You'll find all your driver details there.
