GPU fan stopped working out of no were

i build a computer about 3 months ago and had no problems with it until about a week ago were i was playing a game and my pc turned of i taught it was my cpu over heating it then i realized my gpu fan wasnt spinning when it get to really high heat. i have the RX 480 i tried to use msi after burner but that wont help either

You need to RMA the card.
