So lately my GPU driver has been resetting itself, and after a quick look in the internet I found out the problem was overheating, apparently the driver was resetting itself to prevent damage overheating could cause.
After discovering this I turned my computer off and then I proceeded to clean it, after cleaning the dust and the fluff I manually turned both gpu fans with my finger and I noticed the left fan wasn't spinning smoothly, it had a LOT of friction
Then I removed the gpu and I take apart the fan mount (Then I saw the model of the fan: T129215SM) I tried to take apart the fan (I didn't saw any easy way to take it apart behind the sticker), but it wouldn't come off, so I stopped and I mounted again and I installed the gpu on the motherboard to make a test if it spins at all then I recorded it in action:

As you can see the right one works perfectly but the left one it's completely stuck, if I help it with my finger it starts spinning but at a really low speed
So the question is: Can I take apart and repair this fan at all or it would break if I force out and I need to buy a replacement?
As I said before the model is T129215SM
