Question GPU fans 100% speed at all times

Hey how can I do the following?

I ve been using MSI afterburner for years and tuning the fans speed to my liking, but the latest version seems to be bugging out. So sometimes it stops working without any indications. I just see the temps rising quickly. And since I use 4gpus on each machine for rendering, I would like to fix the curves to 100%.
I couldnt find this via bios and i was wondering if you know any other ways to brute force this no matter what.

Any ideas?

Are you sure the issue is with the program and not the hardware?
