GPU fans are very loud and no display appears.

I’ve seen a few threads on this but none seem to have the answers or solution I need.

A few days ago my PC fans all of a sudden got very loud and the display was lost, after rebooting my PC the issue see,ed to sort itself out. Over the last two days the problem has gotten worse, now I can’t go more than 10 minutes without losing my display and the fans working overtime. I noticed the issue after a GPU driver update but cannot seem to revert to the old driver installation, the option doesn’t appear in the device manager. Could this be a driver issue or is my GPU failing?

Specs are as follows;
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070
CPU: Intel i7 7700k
MB: ASUS Prime Z250-A
RAM: 2x 8GB G.Skill Trident Z Series DDR4
OS: Windows 10 64x
PSU: Corsair RM750x

Not sure that solution you need, but it's likely a bad video card, same as every other post with same issue. Need to test it in another system to see where the issue is, or replace it and see if new one fixes it.
