Question GPU Fans Issue

Hello guys what is the purpose of x2 4-pin connector and x1 3-pin connector in the board of the GPU? I accidentally pulled one wire for the 3-pin connector when changing thermal paste and pads and now 3 of the fans is spinning non-stop and very load when playing games. Before, only one fan is spinning when there's a load in the GPU and it will stop once it cooled down, I do believe that's pretty normal. Does the x2 4-pin connector has a proper way of plugging or do I just plug them anywhere because they are both the same?

How am I going to fix the once piece broken wire in 3-pin connector? Thank you guys.

Did you rip the wire out from it's housing/pin or is the pin yet in the connector's housing? We're going to need images of the connectors/wires you're referring to.

Here is the picture of the 3-pin. Did the fan settings of the gpu restarted because I unplugged them?

I was able to put the 3-pin now but the fan is still loud when there's load unlike before.
