Question Gpu fans makes loud noise on startup.

So I recently purchased a 2060 super founder edition, but whenever I power my PC, the GPU when full blast at startup and only at startup, then it went back to normal speed. Is this normal?

It's not an uncommon thing for GPU and CPU fans to start at full speed, but you don't see in all systems. Actually, I don't see it in any of my current systems, but I had i5 3570k that did that (probably had more to do with the motherboard than the CPU).

Normally it will do it for 1 second and then slow down. If it stays at a higher speed all the way through boot, then it sounds like your fan speed is controlled (overridden) by software rather than set by hardware.
