As written above, I dropped something heavy on THE wire that connects the GPU and monitor (I forget the name) ...As expected, my monitor won't show anything and the GPU fan won't spin anymore even after I connect it to another GPU port..Is my GPU still ok??...Yes, I do know about the '60 degrees the fan will starts spinning' thing...

GPU: 1070
PS: Cooler Master 'Coolerwatt lite' 600

If you damaged monitor cable, then replace it.

Is GPU damaged? This depends on, what you dropped onto cable.
Was it something heavy and sharp? Like axe?
The only thing damaged on my PC is the HDMI monitor cable port on my GPU (I have two of those on my GPU), currently I'm using the functioning one and my GPU fans start spinning as well....If I used the damaged one, my screen will go black and the fans won't spin...Does the damaged port will cause trouble in the future??...The GPU's temperature is still normal fyi...
