Question GPU fans not spinning and not showing display, CPU fan not spinning and not showing any RGB ?

Three case fans work those came with the case and my extra case fan does not work as well, I do not know what happened, someone please help

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

How are the fans tethered in your system?

Chassis: Antec NX200M
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: AOC 27Inch 165hz 1080p
The case fans are molex and I bought 1 extra Antec case fan that went straight into the MOBO. CPU fan is plugged into CPU fan slot and into argb slot.
