[SOLVED] GPU Fans not spinning but led is on

My PC recently frozen and I shut it down with the power button and now it doesn’t display. I noticed the fans on my gpu aren’t spinning but the LED is on. I can’t reset my bios as i have a 3rd gen ryzen cpu in a b450 motherboard.
Specs:
Asus Prime B-450m a
Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon RX5700
Vengeance 3200mhz 16gb
Evga 600w 80+ gpu

I have recently been greeted with windows errors upon boot recently also however ignored them. I believe the issue could be down to ram timings as i have altered them however my issue lies in not being able to reset the bios any help would be greatly appreciated

resetting the BIOS only sets the settings to their manufacturer defaults.
it will still remain at the latest installed BIOS version.

a lot of modern GPU's fans won't start to spin until there is actual usage going on and an image displayed.

Ok thanks is the easiest way to reset the cmos by removing the battery?
