Question gpu fans not spinning no display keyboard and mouse wont turn on

[idk im new]

I recently built a new pc got all the parts and installed them in correctly and the pc turned on for like and HOUR and then i was dowloading some gpu drivers and the pc creashed mid dowload and i got a blue screen and it turned off so i turned it back on so i restarted the download after that it turned off completetly and no post no nothing keyboard off mouse off no display i have no idea we tought that it was the motherboard so we replaced and nothing same problem im thinking its the gpu or the cpu.

gpu:xfx 5600xt
ssd:1 tb samsung 860evo sdd
ram:2x16gb crosair black rgb i dont really know
psu: 750w kratos
monitor: 240hz odyssey nvidia G-sync

Did you check or replace PSU ? Seems like some off brand one.
