I just built a PC, When I boot it up, the gpu fans starts spinning and then They stop. And on my monitor it shows up "No signal"

First of all what are your specs. Second of all try using a different hdmi cable and also check if your gpu is seated right way in pci-e slot. Check if pci power connectors are fully plugged in. See if you selected a right input in your monitor for example hdmi1 instead of hdmi2. :)

Remember to make sure all your pins (6pin and 8pin) connecters are plugged in. If you have an older PC make sure your PCI Slot isn't blown. For That graphics card I'd recommend at least 460-500W. If you have all that check I don't see what the problem is.

I would start by moving your video cable from your video card to the motherboard video card and try to boot that way, if it does then jump to bios and change the setting for default video card from like set to onboard to auto or PCIE. move cable back to your GTX 1060 and reboot system

ok
1. turn off pc, disconnect power, unseat and reseat video card into slot, and do same for both power connectors it has.
1. reset cmos: while pc unplugged from wall, slip battery from motherboard for 2 min, put back, plug pc to wall.
2. boot in bios, goto onboard devices, and set video card default to be pcie or auto
3. reboot the pc with cable attached to 1060.

result?
