My fan is not spinning neither under load nor idle. I've been owning this PC for more than 2 years and it always worked perfect. It happens almost always, but it is pretty random, the fan will not spin until I give them a little touch with my finger, and they start spinning perfectly. I can notice the difference in-game, since temps reach 96° and it starts thermal throttling, and reduce up to 69° or so when fan starts working.
Thought it could be related to dust, so I dismounted the whole GPU, cleaned it and applied some WD-40 into the fan's blades since they were quite jammed, and left them running as good as new.
Also just changed my CMOS battery since my system was booting to BIOS, but hasn't worked either.
Specs are:
MSI B350M Gaming Pro
Ryzen 3 1200
2x8 2666mhz Corsair Vengeance's
Gigabyte GTX 1050Ti Low Profile (single fan)
Thermaltake 600w 80+ PSU
I'm receiving my R5 5600x new build next week, but i'd like to sell this as good as possible.
