GPU fans running on full speed for no reason

Hello guys,
I have G1 GIGABYTE GTX 970 and the fans just went crazy full speed for no particular reason at all. I cleaned the GPU since it was a bit dusty but that didn't resolve the problem. Actually, two of the fans are running on full speed and the third one is barely spinning. Any suggestions?

download MSI afterburner https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner can adjust fan speeds too what you want.

I've downloaded MSI Afterburner and the interesting thing is that when I'm adjusting the speed, it seems only the third fan is responding. Where the other two keep going on full speed and don't really care about the adjustments from the Afterburner.
