My friend swapped his GPU and PSU but now his GPU fans are acting weird.
I attached a video, anyone has an idea?

hiHey there,
So, please list all system specs, including both the previous GPU, and new one. Also, looks like you're running the two GPU's simultaneously?
oh and the previous gpu was an rx 580hi
cpu is ryzen 7 2700x motherboard is aorus b450 gpu: gigabyte 3070 ti and 16 gigs ram, psu gigabyte p750gm.
Its one gpu only but a very thicc one.
Yes I know but the 3 fans start and stop at different times and I reckon something is off.Fans in video cards and a lot of PSUs won't turn on until the thing becomes hot enough. The video card may be straddling the line when the fans turn on.
I don't think that's a problem, as long as they all spin up when needed.Yes I know but the 3 fans start and stop at different times and I reckon something is off.
Yikes! The exploding PSU - gigabyte p750gm : Exploding Power Supplies: Gigabyte & Newegg Dumping Unsellable Product - YouTubehi
