Question GPU Fans Spinning Very Fast And No Display

Ok so basically i was playing a game (GTA V) on my pc and it was working normally but randomly the fan started spinning very fast and not having that much knowledge in pc i restart it and now the gpu Didn't boot and spinned very fast like at 100%.I tried the DVI port on motherboard and the pc worked normally.
What can be done?
PC Spec:
i7 4770k
GPU msi 760 2 gb
Ram Kingston ddr3 2x8
2x1 Tb Seagate HDD
Motherboard MSI B85-G43
No external fans
Idk the power supply but its grey looking.


Any fix?? Appreciate it.

Open your ATX cabinet, and look for the Label printed on the side of the PSU. The Model number and brand name must be mentioned there.
