Question GPU fans stopped working after only a week of use ?

Mobo: MSI B650M Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX 5700 XT

It is still displaying and the RGB is also working, it's just the fans. They won't spin even when the temp reaches over 90°C, at which point the system shuts down.

They will spin for a few seconds on start up, but that's all.

I already tried tweaking the fan curve and turning off the zero rpm.

Using HWInfo, MSI's Afterburner and Sapphire's TriXX, do you see what the fan's RPM is being reported as? Doe the fans spin for a split second when you power up the system? What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?
