Question GPU Fans turn up and down

Hey there

My GPU fans are doing strange things. They turn up to like 1100 rpm and fall back down to 0 in an interval of a second. My Pc sounds like a freaking train.
I recently updated my CPU Cooler, but that cant be the problem since its just an other fan.
The temperatur is not critical, around 30 to 35° .

Please help me, that is really annoying.

My rig: RTX 2060, AMD 5 3600X, msi b450 tomahawk max

You did try creating a custom fan curve for the GPU, right?

Yes i tried that but, but its still doing that thing...
Its accepts the new fan curve but if it should turn with 13% it still jumps up and down (amplitude of 13%)
