My GTX 1080 fans twitch (the gpu lights turn on) and it puts out no display signal through any of the ports. My pc lights up and all the other fans spins, but no display signal.

I have had this pc for a while now & its worked great. I've put it in my van over the past year and my graphics card has had a support so it doesn't get ripped out of the PCIe slot when driving down the road.

The vga red light is lit on the motherboard meaning it's a graphics problem.

I went to turn it on today and no signal on the monitor. I powered cycled my monitor changed cables, tried different ports, and tried a different monitor.
I put a gtx 2060 super in this pc and it boots right up.

I tried my gtx 1080 in a different computer and it did the same problem. The one time I turn on my pc the fans did spin but it didn't put out a display. I have cleared the cmos. All the pins on the graphics card look fine. I have made sure the PCIe cables are plugged in and clean.

Does anyone have an idea on what could fix this? Is my graphics card dead? Does anyone know how to troubleshoot a graphics card?
