I Just built a new computer (first one) and my gpu fans aren't working. I've heard they wont kick on until the temp is above 60, well it sits at 90 degrees default and 130 when gaming, and still won't turn on. The gpu inquestion is a Radeon Rx 470 (Msi).

Should also note that they worked during POST and Bios setup, but I hear that's normal.

Solution
Where are you getting your temperatures from? If your card is reaching 130 degrees Celsius you could cause some serious damage to the card. As far as the fans go try updating you graphics drivers.

Once you have updated the driver you can use MSI Afterburner to set a fan profile or leave it on Auto.

Oh sorry. That was in Fahrenheit, I was using Speccy.
These are my temps so far

Amd Fx 8350, 60-90 degrees Fahrenheit

Radeon Fx 470 90-110 Degrees Fahrenheit. bout 35-45 Celcius

Fatality 990x 90-100 Degrees Fahrenheit.

This is the first Gaming Pc I've built, So I guess the real question I wanted to ask was, do these temps look ok?
