Recently I built myself a new computer

ASUS MA78L-M Motherboard
AMD Vishera 6 Core Processor
Radeon ATI 4770
4GB Ripjaws DDR3 Ram
700W Cooler Master Power Supply
500GB Seagate Blue Harddrive

And it now won't start up. Right before this the GPU fell out of the PCI slot (the screw apparently fell out). I tried booting it up, and after being on for perhaps 3 seconds, it shut itself off in boot up and now I can't even get it to start boot up. The power button and shorting the "Power SW" on the motherboard are both not working. I've tried going down to one stick of ram, booting without the GPU, booting without the fans plugged in, and every combination of these. I removed and put the motherboard battery back in to no avail, and I've checked every connection in the PC. Any advice is appreciated.

Solution
Seen it before, but with a CPU falling out... The guy put the CPU into the board, and didn't put the lock on the socket, and plop it went, breaking both the CPU and the BIOS chip.

Kinda figured, and no, no beeps.
The one thing that doesn't make sense though is why the whole thing refuses to turn on if it's just the PCI slot that's sheared.
