Question GPU firmware issue ?

Hello i was trying to update my GPU firmware from gigabyte control center and every time it doesn't update it it just downloads it so I downloaded the firmware from gigabyte website and I opened switch installer for like 5 minutes. I thought it's not going to do anything because there wasn't any progress bar to tell you if it's 15% or 50% or 100% so I closed the switch installer then restarted pc to see if it had updated the gpu firmware, no it hadn't.

But the problem is that I have no gpu firmware now, literally no firmware.

• I tried restarting pc, didn't work.
• tried restarting gpu, didn't work.
• tried using fwupdater exe, it tells me "erase flash failed, reboot system to try again".
• I rebooted system, still not working.

Does anyone have solution?

What reason did you try to update the firmware? If you read the plethora of discussions in the forum it is highly advised not to use/update firmware on gpu's when there is nothing wrong with them. What gpu do you have and what files did you try to install?

As above! Why did you try to update it?

Also, please list your entire system : CPU/GPU/Mobo/SSD/PSU/Ram etc
