Gpu fitting in case

Hello I have a case I want to buy and I'm wondering if my gpu could squeeze in or not.
Case: Mountain Mods Bob Slay - V2: 307.59 mm http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5209#sp
Gpu: gigabyte gtx 970 g1: 312 mm http://www.mountainmods.com/bob-slay-v2-p-549.html
I think I might be able to squeeze my gpu in the case because the last 5 mm are the thing you screw into your case. Whats your opinion? Thx.

A couple of problems with that:
1. You've converted the external width of the case to millimeters, which is more than the max length gpu the case can really take, even if the gpu length includes the bracket mount size. It says the previous version of the case only fit 10.5-inch length graphics cards, and this one allows an extra inch, which means you should be considering the max video card length to be 292.1 mm, not 307.59.
2. What makes you so sure the gpu length includes the bracket mount? If it doesn't, that will make it even less able to fit.
