GPU FOR 1080p

Hey all, i am looking to get a GPU and i want to find the best one i can for as little as possible. there are a few conditions the GPU needs to fit into
1) good for the next 2 years
2) be able to achieve a comfortable 60+ FPS with Ultra settings
i do not plan to do up to 1440p or 4k res any time within the next year or 2.

Ultra settings @ 60fps, all games? Then a 1070, if your willing to drop a few settings in very heavy games then the 1060 6gb

or perhaps a rx580, nothing else atm fills better your requirements

Yeah agree the 1060 6gb and 580 are about equal
