GPU for 1600X900

Guys is r7 260x enought to max out all games for 1600x900 resolution or should i go for r9 270x??

No. I have a 270 and it can't max out every game at 900p. It does get pretty close on most games though.

What game are you going to play?

Go for r9 270x r7 260x is not at all enough for maxingout games at 900p.

@ad hoc all games but mostly online and i would definitely want to max out GTA V.

Unfortunately, the 270x probably won't be able to max out GTA V either. We don't know what the requirements will be, but I imagine to max it out you'll need something like a R9 290. The 270x should be able to play it well on around medium, I'm guessing.

rockstars requirements are usually not that high and gta 5 will work well with r9 270x .

r9 270x will run almost every game on ultra but with low msaa 2x or 4x.

Using a r9 280x at that resolution and totally happy with it. Can max out any game so far

at 900p r9 280x is awesome and a tier above r9 270x.

R9 280 should do it (or come very close). It can be had for $180 in the US. Great value.
