GPU for 4K movies

I was searching a lot in the forum but i couldnt find exactly what i wanted. So my question is.. What's the lowest possible GPU for HTPC build with a 4K TV?

Just for watching 4k movie, I think all the latest apu or igpu on an intel cpu.

The new AMD AM4 Bristol Ridge APUs should drop any time now.

I point that out because the APU graphics logic (or technically, the *UVD* on the chip) will natively decode HEVC 4K.
